    My husband ordered Magic Bands for 3 of us not knowing they were complimentary with our new annual passes. Are we still able to get the complimentary personalized bands after our first visit? If not, are we able to get a refund for the purchased bands?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! My family is also Florida Resident Annual Passholders-we absolutely love all the value and fun we get with our Annual Passes.  Let's go to where dreams are born and time is never planned...off to Neverland...I mean, the Walt Disney World Resort, of course!

    You absolutely can still personalize the MagicBands that are complimentary with your Annual Pass. All you need is a little faith, trust and a little bit of pixie dust! You will need to log in to My Disney Experience on a desktop computer, choose My Disney Experience on the menu bar (it's located on the right hand side), then select MagicBands and Tickets from the drop down menu.  The following screen should indicate that you have MagicBands to personalize. Choose one of the eight fun colors, add up to nine characters of personalization, and away you go! Think of all the joy you'll find when you leave the world behind and embark on all sorts of magical adventures in each of the four Walt Disney World theme parks.
