My husband, myself, our 1 year old & my mother will be staying at the Resort over Mother's Day. We'll be on the QSDP but would like an affordable but unique/fun table service to try on Mother's Day. Any good restaurants you would recommend for this? Th

My very first Mother's Day celebration at Walt Disney World was so much fun because of the dinner we had at the 50s Prime Time Cafe.  This restaurant, located in Disney's Hollywood Studios, is just like going back home to Mom's house in the 50s.  You'll see all of the 50s decor that your mom will remember from back in the day as you wait for your party to be called - and you will be called Kids when you are seated!  As a middle aged mom myself, I love that part!

Once you go into the restaurant itself, you are seated in Mom's kitchen.  You'll see clips of 50s television shows playing in black and white around you, and the whole experience is fun!  The food on the menu is reasonably priced, and you can browse the menu ahead of time by visiting www.allearsnet.com and checking out the dining section.  You'll find home style, comfort food favorites like pot roast and meatloaf, and you soon learn that you won't get dessert if you don't eat your vegetables!  Your servers all act as relatives, and you may have a tattle tale relative that threatens to tell Mom you've got your elbows on the table!

The interactive experience is unique, fun, and a great way for Mom to feel a little like a kid again on Mother's day.
