My husband and myself and 2 pre-teen boys are coming April 10th to the 13th. I am also in a wheel chair. Can you tell me about the meal plan and where to go for the boys to have a great time. This is our first trip. Please help.

    Hi Diana,

A first trip - how awesome!

The Disney Dining Plan is where you prepurchase your meals in advance for the length of your trip.  Depending on which plan you choose, you are entitled to a certain number of snacks, counter service meals (think fast food) or table service (you have a server) each day.  I would recommend the Basic Dining Plan over the Deluxe because the Deluxe offers a lot of food and my girls would not eat that much though my nephews would.  I have included a better discription here:  Basic http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw/tickets/magicYourWay/index?id=PackageDetails2008PlusDiningPage
    Deluxe: http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw/tickets/magicYourWay/index?id=PackageDetails2008PlusDeluxeDiningPage
When you go to these pages, simple click under "Package Detail" the Dining Option.  From here, scroll down and there is a chart to download.  If you would like to add either Dining Package, you must do so at least 5 days prior to check in.

For your sons, I think they will enjoy any of the rides the four parks have to offer.  I would have them go on-line to www.disney.com and plan which rides or attractions they must see at each park.  This gives them a sense of owning the trip.

Finally, look on this site under pre-teen for other guests recommendation.  I would start with Kara's answers because she has pirates around the same age as you!

    Have a great trip!
