Hello! My husband, mom and myself should have comp tickets on file that are supposed to never expire.. I was interested in using those for a day to the park in July for my daughter birthday but I dont know how to go about doing that online

    Hello Jessica!

Welcome to planDisney! July is a popular time to visit and is just around the river bend, so let’s see if we can help you get this figured out!

First Jessica, I would check your My Disney Experience Account to see if your ticket is showing there. From a desktop, sign in to your My Disney Experience Account and select “My Plans.” Scroll down the page and under the heading "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" you’ll see just below and to the right options for a "Daily Itinerary" or you can toggle to "Tickets & Memory Maker." Select the ticket option and you should be able to see all tickets linked to your account, even if you aren’t currently using them. From there, you should be able to assign each ticket to someone on your Family & Friends list. Once each party member has a ticket assigned, as long as the ticket type is valid for the dates you wish to visit, you should be able to make a Disney Park Pass Reservation.

I find checking the tickets easier from the My Disney Experience Mobile App. From the App, select the three horizontal lines in the lower right corner. This will open a page with new menu options and “Tickets and Passes” is located in the upper left corner. From there you can view and reassign ticket media.

Once you have tickets linked to your party members, please be sure to make a Disney Park Pass Reservation right away. The Park Pass System was implemented with the park reopening last summer to limit the number of Guests in the theme parks to levels safe for social distancing. These reservations do fill quickly and already some days in early July have limited park availability. You can always change the pass later if availability changes, so I recommend booking something now.

Jessica, if you are unable to see your tickets in your My Disney Experience Account, or are having difficulty assigning them to your party or making Disney Park Pass Reservations with them, the friendly Cast Members at Ticketing should be able to assist you. I recommend you give them a call.

I hope you have a wonderful visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, Jessica! Please let us know if you have any additional questions before your visit, we are here to help!
