My husband and I will be going to Mickey's Halloween party this fall. I will be purchasing dining plans for us both. I've never used them before. Is it ok to share a meal and only use one credit? I noticed some meals on the menus are quite large.

    Dear Carol,

Thank you so much for stopping by to visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about planning ahead for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

I'm sure that you'll have the (not so) spookiest time this fall at the most magical place on earth! It's a great time of year to visit!

In terms of the Disney Dining Plan, you can definitely split meals with your husband and use the credits for just one of you at many locations. At some locations, such as buffet and character meals (any restaurant that has a fixed price menu per person), you would have to pay the fixed per person number of meal credits per person.

Hope that helps with your magical planning!
