Hello Katherine,
Thank you so much for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a magical week.
Visiting the Disneyland Resort for the Holidays is my favorite time of year! It really is The Merriest Place on Earth - I highly recommend it! We have taken both of our littles when they were 6 months old and they were captivated by all the bright sights and sounds that the parks have to offer. Watching the parade is one of my favorite memories with both of them - we couldn’t stop watching their reactions to the moving entertainment.
There are so many attractions that can accommodate
kids of all ages at the Disneyland Resort. If an
attraction says “Any Height”, then you will be able to
enjoy it as a family. There is also a feature called Rider Switch you may want to utilize. Rider Switch is for Guests with Children that don’t meet the height requirement or do not wish to ride the attraction, one Adult waits with the non-rider Child while the first rides, then they “switch” so the second Adult can then enjoy the attraction. There is no cost for the Rider Switch program. Whenever my family utilized this service, we would all be present when asking the Cast Member for the Rider Switch Pass.
I hope this helps. If you have any more questions, please visit us here and let us know how we can help you plan your magical vacation.
Wishing you a magical adventure!
~ Lynette
