My husband and I are looking at taking our second Disney vacation this February (stayed at BLT last October and loved it). We are taking our 3 year old and 8 month old. We are having trouble deciding between the Polynesian and Beach Club. Any advice?

    Hi Tracy,

The Beach Club is my family's favorite resort. We've stayed there many times. If your children were just a bit older, I'd have you stay there too, but with two small kids, I think you'll be better off at the Polynesian.

The main reason for my suggestion is the transportation situation. With two little ones, you will likely be spending most of your time at the Magic Kingdom and you will also be relying heavily on your stroller. At the BC, you'll have to fold your stroller and get on a bus to get to the MK. At the Poly, you can just roll your stroller onto the monorail. This will make for less stress in the morning and an easier trip back to the resort for nap time.

On the other hand, if you'll be spending much of your vacation at the pool, then I'd go with the BC. It has by far the best pool at WDW. The sand bottom area for preschoolers is particularly great.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
