That’s great that you’re already linked through your
Family & Friends List, but there are a couple of important things to check so that you can book your husband’s
Lightning Lane Multi Pass.
First up, make sure your husband is linked to your resort reservation if you’re staying at a
Disney World resort. On your
My Disney Experience app, click the 3 lines at the bottom right corner, then scroll down to click Hotel Reservations. Partway down the page, you’ll see a list of the guests for that room.
Next, make sure he has a
valid park ticket linked to his account. To check this, click the 3 lines at the bottom right corner in your app, then click My Tickets & Passes. You should see your park tickets in this section, and you can swipe sideways to see each member of your Family & Friends List.
It may also help to ensure that he’s sharing all of his plans with you. To do so, he can click the 3 lines at the bottom of his My Disney Experience app, then scroll down to click Profile. From there, click Family & Friends List at the top of the page. He can then click on your account and make sure “All My Plans” is selected.
If you’re still having trouble, I recommend calling the
Technical and Website Support phone line or speaking with a Cast Member on the
Guest Experience Team upon your arrival to get it all straightened out.
