My husband and I are Florida residents and have resident passes. We took the kids and had the most MAGICAL time! My parents still live out of state and would like to do Disney with the grandkids! Would it be possible for me to get them passes at res rate?

    Hello Shaharah,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so glad you stopped by to ask us a question.

I'm so glad to hear that you and your family are Annual Passholders! My family and I are too and we just love being able to visit the Walt Disney World theme parks whenever we want, being able to enjoy leisurely visits, and sometimes just stopping by for an afternoon.

I'm very sorry to inform you that Florida Resident Special Tickets are just for Florida residents.  Proof of Florida Residency is required to purchase and activate these tickets, so unless your parents live here (even part-time), they are not eligible for this special offer.

I hope you and your parents are still able to enjoy all the magic a multi-generational visit to the Walt Disney World Resort has to offer!

    Best Wishes,
    Amy S.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Florida

I’ve grown up in Central Florida and have been visiting Disney Parks for over 30 years. Now that I’m a mom myself of a blended family with four kids, I love sharing Disney’s year-round special events with my family. Some of our favorite events are the Flower and Garden Festival, Epcot's International Food and Wine Festival and Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. Let me help you plan something extraordinary for your next Disney Parks vacation! Learn More About Amy
