My husband and I would like to do a fine dining restaurant but don't want to use 2 dining credits. Can my husband and I use the dining credits on our 6 & 8 year old bands and then just pay cash for their kid's meals?

Hi Dione! The Disney Dining Plan is a great value, especially if you use it at the pricier dining spots. Your credits will be divided between adult and children's ones. When using dining plan credits, they will be deducted as you use them. Your server will only deduct children's credits for meals ordered off the kids' menus by and for your children, and the same goes for the adult meals. It's important to know that not everyone in your party has to use the dining plan at the same time. For example, it may be worthwhile for just one of you to use your credits during your signature meal, and to pay out of pocket for the other.

I hope this helps Dione. Please write us back with any other questions!
