The Disney Celebrates America Military Salute Ticket does have a Park Hopper Plus option available! The Park Hopper Plus option allows you to visit more than one theme park on the same day. Plus, get a certain number of visits to a water park, golf course, or miniature golf course based on the length of your ticket.
While you cannot add the PhotoPass download option that you can with
Walt Disney World Annual Passes, Eligible Service Members can purchase a specially priced
Memory Maker at a theme park ticket window. Memory Maker includes photos taken during the Memory Maker Window as defined in the Memory Maker Terms and Conditions (generally, photos taken within 30 days from the date of first activation for standard Memory Maker and linked to the Guest’s Disney PhotoPass account).
