Hi Dountray! Welcome back to planDisney!
I'm so excited to hEAR about your upcoming visit to
The Most Magical Place on Earth! My family is also heading down to Walt Disney World Resort next spring and I'm getting SO excited! Pretty soon both you and I will be getting ready to make
Advance Dining Reservations for all those extra-special
character dining experiences and out-of-this-world dinners like those at Space 220 Restaurant. I definitely have my eyes (and stomach!) set on some fried chicken and fresh-baked cornbread while I enjoy the fun and family-friendly
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue with my kids!
It sounds like your children are at practically perfect ages to really enjoy the magic of the Parks and all of its classic as well as most thrilling attractions. While some 4-year-olds are daredevils who will ride all the "Mountains" as soon as they're tall enough, my children have always been a little shy of the bigger rides! You will find that in
Walt Disney World Resort's General Property Rules, Guests as young as 7 years old are able to ride their favorite attractions alone. Any Guest under the age of 7 must be accompanied by a Guest over the age of 14 in order to board an attraction.
According to these rules, your family should be in good shape to send the four older children off in their own Hunny Pot on
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh or Teacup on the
Mad Tea Party. With over 100 rides and attractions that have no height requirement, I think you'll also find that your entire family will be able to make magical memories as you ride many rides altogether.
Enjoy every moment!
