My husband and I disagree when would be better to take our children (4 & 2) to WWD. I say February and he says he'd rather wait until it's a little warmer in March or April. I woory about crowds. If you had YOUR pick when would you go?Thanks!

Absolutely without hesitation I would go in February.  In fact, January/February is one of our favorite times of year to visit Disney.  The weather is warm (we're able to wear shorts, and go swimming) but not oppressively hot, and the crowds are typically light.  For reference, the average high in February is 73, and average low is 52.  If you're visiting from a snowy state this feels like heaven!

One exception to the 'smaller crowds' statement is Presidents' week, which is very busy.  If you can go earlier anytime in January is good, through early February.  After Presidents' week crowds are somewhat smaller, but it gets increasingly crowded.

The smaller crowds make the parks so much easier to navigate with small children.  Waiting in lines is no fun for anyone, and especially not little ones.  We always travel in the off-season for specifically that reason.  March and April are when spring break is in full swing, so it will be very busy!

With good planning you can have a great trip no matter when you visit, and no matter how crowded the parks are, so don't worry that your vacation will be a flop if you go during a busy time.  Just know that the busier the parks will be, the more research and planning you will need to do to insure that your trip runs smoothly.

    Good luck with your decision!
