    My husband is a diabetic and needs his medication refrigerated. Do they have refrigerators on the Fantasy Cruise ship? Or what would the best way to keep it refrigerated?

    Welcome aboard, Anita! The Disney Fantasy is a beautiful ship with amazing activities, events and really fun spaces for everyone in the family. Your trip is sure to be a very memorable one!

    Each stateroom is equipped with a cooling box, which is like a mini-refrigerator. If you think that will adequately cool your husband's medication at the proper temperature, you'll be all set. If you are at all concerned about that, please give Disney Cruise Line a call at 800-951-3532 (or your travel agent) to talk about another way to store the medication. I've heard of instances of other refrigerators being put in the stateroom or medication being stored at either Guest Services or the Medical Center. It's a good idea to call Disney Cruise Line regarding this anyway, as you'll want to note on your reservation that your husband is diabetic. The ship can have a sharps container in your stateroom if you'd like to request that too.
