    My husband & I are going with my daughter, her husband and their 2 & 4 year old daughter's to Disney World over Mother's Day weekend. Can my daughter bring in a carry bag for the children with water & snacks in it? She will put it under the s

    Yes, absolutely. You are welcome to bring water and snacks with you into the parks. I have done this myself many times. When my kids were smaller and had very specific preferences, I always brought bags of their favorite snacks with me into the parks. Even now I generally bring a bottle of water from the hotel with me.
