Ahoy Nikka Paola,
Welcome to planDisney! We're so glad you sailed over with this great question!
It looks like you'll be sailing on one of the
Silver Anniversary at Sea itineraries on
Disney Magic. I haven't had the chance to experience this beautiful ship for myself just yet, but we've done a similar itinerary with stops at
Nassau, and our family-favorite destination
Disney Castaway Cay. It's always been a perfect way to unwind and soak up some sunshine together. You're in for a most magical vacation this August!
This 4-night itinerary is considered a closed-loop cruise since it originates and ends at the same port. According to the
Passport and Travel Documentation page, you'll need to bring your Original US Permanent Resident Card when you arrive in
Miami on embarkation day. I double-checked with a helpful Cast Member named Phyllis who indicated that you won't need a visa in addition to your US Permanent Resident Card. She did let me know, however, that you'll need to have your documentation verified in person, so don't fret if your documents aren't initially approved during your
Online Check-In process. You are also welcome to
contact a Cast Member by phone with any additional documentation questions as you countdown to your trip.
Before you set sail be sure to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App to keep up with the full list of scheduled activities, character meets, and live entertainment during your cruise. You'll have the added excitement of the Silver Anniversary at Sea celebration so take time to review all your options each day. There is so much to do, you're sure to be delighted! Don't miss a performance of
Tangled: The Musical if available during your sailing, and be sure to enjoy the
Pirate Night festivities. This is always a favorite part of our family's Caribbean cruise itineraries.
If we can answer more questions, please sail on back and let us know. We'd love to help make your vacation as memorable and magical as possible.
Anchors aweigh!
Amy
