Thanks for sending in your question to planDisney, Amy. We value guests like you and appreciate your patience! As Walt once said, "To all that come to this happy place, welcome."
Disneyland Resort has legions of loyal fans; there's a reason why we all love to call it The Happiest Place on Earth! In order to keep the
Magic Key program enjoyable for its members, Disneyland has had to limit the number of passes, which understandably causes some anxiety, especially for parents of Mouseketeers, soon to turn three years old.
You'll want to reach out to
Magic Key Membership Services to see what options may be available. Unfortunately, there's no guarantee there will be options to purchase a pass for your child, but they would be the appropriate team to provide additional information and guidance, and you can reach them at (714) 781-7277, seven days a week from 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM (PST). I've heard of some instances where the Magic Key transaction was done in person at the Disneyland Ticket Booth with proper documentation of the child's birthdate; however, the information we are getting is continuously evolving. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you! Your parents will likely need to wait until new sales resume, which we all hope is soon! If you are on social media, follow Disneyland Magic Key on
Instagram for the latest updates.
Amy, I wish I could provide you with more pixie-dusted news today. We'd love to help you again in the future. See ya real soon!
