Hi! My husband is currently awaiting a kidney transplant and has to do several peritoneal dialysis exchanges throughout the day. Are the first aid stations at WDW equipped with IV poles or do we need to bring our own? Thanks in advance!!!!

Hello Peyton!  How great you are able to visit Walt Disney World with your husband.  My uncle spent a few years on peritoneal dialysis before he received a transplant, and he visited Walt Disney World during that time.  You absolutely can use the first aid stations in each park for your exchanges.

I just called and talked to a lovely cast member in the first aid station,  and you will be happy to know each location is equipped with IV poles for guest use.  You can even drop your medical supplies off with the first aid station when you arrive in each theme park, so you are not having to carry the extra load.

I hope you have a wonderful vacation, filled with memories that will last a lifetime.
