    My Husband and I will be going on a cruise with our 2 1/2 year old daughter in December 2017. What is the weather usually like in the Bahamas? and is it ok for us to pack individual snacks to keep for ourselves in the stateroom?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It's wonderful to hear your family is looking forward to a December 2017 sailing aboard Disney Cruise Line! It will be a special time to create some very magical memories together. Captain Mickey can't wait to welcome your crew aboard! 
    Typically temperatures in the Bahamas range from highs in the low 80s to lows in the high 60s in December. I always recommend checking a weather app or an online weather resource a few days prior to your departure, so you'll have a good idea of what to expect and how to pack. Regardless of the time of year, I always recommend a light sweater or jacket for the evenings because it can be breezy on deck and in the dining rooms, lounges and theatres. 
    When you pack, you can plan on bringing some snacks for your stateroom. Any food brought onboard will need to be prepackaged and unopened. When my sailors were younger, it was always nice to have some of their favorite snacks in the room and to take when going ashore.
