My husband and I will be coming to WDW in May 2013 with our six year old and twin two years old. We will be outnumbered 3 to 2. So I was wondering if we would still be able to ride the kiddie rides together, or will we somehow have to take turns riding?

    Hi Natalie,

My family has the exact same configuration as yours, twins plus a child a few years older. We made several successful trips to Walt Disney World when they were all preschoolers.

You will have no problem at all with the vast majority of the kiddie rides at Walt Disney World. For example, the hunny pot vehicles in the Winnie the Pooh ride fit five people. The Small World boats fit about 20 people, four or five per row. The Dumbo elephants are a tight squeeze, but I fit into a car with my twins when they were two.

There is a complete run down on this topic on the independent website blog.touringplans.com. Search there for an article called "Avoiding the Odd Man Out." You'll be reassured that you won't have an issue with the odd number of people in your family.

    Have a great visit!
