My husband & I are coming to Disney with our 2 & 5 yr old from Japan where he is assigned with the US military. Our "internal clocks" will be very different from East coast time. Is it normal to see small children out late at Disney?

Absolutely. Disney guests come from all over the world. Many, many WDW visitors are from different time zones and will be on different internal clocks. And many, many American guests will keep their children up late as a special vacation treat. I have seen lots of preschoolers in the parks at all hours of the day and night. Do not worry about this even a little bit.

Go to the parks and have fun, no matter what time it is!
