    Hi, my husband and 2 children are going to Disney next week and we are a little new to the my Disney experience app. I have all the tickets in my apple wallet but how do I get the tickets on my husbands Samsung phone as well?

    Hi Lindsey!  Welcome to planDisney!

    Oh Boy!  Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is coming up in just a few days!  The My Disney Experience mobile app provides a wealth of information right at your fingertips.  You can check park hours and entertainment schedules, view current wait times for attractions, get transit or walking directions, order food, and more.  I recommend taking some time to navigate through the various features of the app in advance of your visit -- you'll be a pro before you know it!

    A recently added feature of the My Disney Experience app is Disney MagicMobile service, in which you can create a digital pass and save it to the wallet on your smartphone.  A Disney MagicMobile pass can be shared through iMessage, and the recipient must have an iPhone.  Since your husband has a Samsung phone, I'm going to suggest a few different options for how he can access his ticket. 

    • You may keep your husband's pass on your phone, and swipe through your digital wallet to scan his pass. 
    • Pick up a ticket card for your husband at any Guest Relations location or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs
    • Purchase a MagicBand for your husband to link to his profile to access his admission. 
    • If your husband has his own My Disney Experience account, he can create his own Disney MagicMobile pass and save it on his device.  If you currently manage his profile in your account, he can create a new account for himself.  You will then go to your Family & Friends list and select "Update" next to his name.  In the pop-up box, select "Share planning with (name)" in the upper right corner.  You will enter the email address associated with the account he created, and any plans you have made for him will migrate to his account.  This will allow him to view and manage his own ticket, and create a Disney MagicMobile pass on his smartphone.
