My husband and I want to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary at DL. We are looking for romance and advice for special experiences in the parks. I'd like to do something special for him. Also, we can't decide between Californian or Disneyland Hotel.

    Hi Tammy,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Let me start off by saying Happy 20th Anniversary Tammy!

Celebrating at The Happiest Place on Earth is going to be memorable. Begin your adventure by stopping by Guest Services to get your free celebration buttons to wear while in the parks. Cast Members that see the buttons will send warm wishes.

You are going to love staying in a Disney Resort Hotel - where the Disney Magic never ends! We have stayed at all three Disneyland Resort Hotels and love them all. However with the re-imagineering of the Disneyland Hotel, I feel like this is the most romantic. Each room is magically decorated with fiber-optic headboards of Sleeping Beauty Castle and a glistening display of fireworks. But if proximity to the parks is the most important to you, go with Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.

To make your stay even more pixie dusted, you may be interested in the Disneyland Hotel's Signature Suites, you can call the Walt Disney Travel Company at (714) 520-5060 to hEAR more details about these themed suites.

Two romantic places to dine at are Carthay Circle Restaurant and the Napa Rose. At Carthay Circle Restaurant, this is a must-see and their menu is exquisite, you will want to try their Rose Petal Soda or the Carthay Club Mojito, these being a tribute to the "Golden Age" of Hollywood. Napa Rose is known for fine dining and gorgeous ambiance - I highly recommend this.

Another romantic option is to book reserve seating for Premium Viewing with Dessert Sampler for Fantasmic!, the stunning, pyrotechnic show on the Rivers of America. To book your elevated seat for this show, call (714) 781-SHOW for pricing and availability.

I'm limited on space, I hope this is helpful. If you have any more questions please write me back on how I can help you plan your pixie dusted vacation.

Wishing you both many more magical years together!
