Hi Yvette! Sadly, I'm not going to be able to give you the answer for which I think you were hoping. In order to use the Disney Dining Plan, you have to stay at one of the
Walt Disney World resorts and purchase a vacation package. Staying at a Disney resort offers lots of other
benefits, such as extra hours in the parks, so if that's an option, you may want to consider staying onsite. Otherwise, if you're an
Annual Passholder, you're eligible for discounts at various restaurants, and you can purchase a Tables in Wonderland
membership, which gives you additional discounts on dining. (Florida residents can also purchase membership in Tables in Wonderland.)
Even if you're not an Annual Passholder, a Florida resident, or staying onsite, there is one "discount" for which you'll qualify: Children under age 3 eat free at buffets at Disney! If you want to take the two-year-olds to a character meal at
Chef Mickey's or
Crystal Palace, you'd pay only for the adult meals.
Hope you have a magical vacation!
