    My husband and I bought the memory photos. He did it on his phone. I guess we were thinking that our pictures would be linked. And we would have all of our pictures. Is there anyway this is possible or do we have to buy separate packages?

It sounds like you've been enjoying a lovely holiday at The Most Magical Place on Earth! I'm excited to hear you've purchased Memory Maker to commemorate all of the keepsake photos taken throughout your Walt Disney World Resort vacation and I'd be happy to help you take advantage of this wonderful offering.

    Treva, it sounds like you may not be linked to your husband as Family & Friends in My Disney Experience. (This would explain why you are only able to currently view photos linked to your husband's account and not your own.) I recommend connecting as Family & Friends by hovering over the "My Disney Experience" tab on the Walt Disney World Resort website and selecting "My Family & Friends." Scroll all the way to the bottom of the list and click "Add a Guest." If you're staying at a Disney Resort hotel together, the easiest way to connect is by clicking "Find a Guest from a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation." Otherwise, enter your husband's details, including the email address associated with his MyDisney account. He'll receive an email invitation to connect and, once accepted, you'll be able to include one another in dining reservations, Lightning Lane entry selections, and more!

    Once you've linked accounts in My Disney Experience, you should now be able to view photos from one another's accounts in the mobile app. Any photos taken within 30 days of the activation date should be available for download with Memory Maker, but if you're having any difficulties, reach out to the friendly Cast Members at the My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ phone line for additional assistance.
