Hiya, Cheyna! Welcome to planDisney!
Oh boy! I'm so excited to hear that you're planning to visit
Disneyland Resort in March! Springtime is one of my favorite seasons to visit the Happiest Place on Earth and I'm absolutely twitterpated for you. But before we can get you standing in front of
Sleeping Beauty Castle, we need to make sure your tickets are linked properly. Let me just grab my magic wand!
Cheyna, if you booked a
vacation package to Disneyland Resort, your theme park tickets may already be linked to your account. The best way to check would be to download and log into
the official mobile app of the Disneyland Resort. Tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner, then tap Tickets and Passes. You should be able to see any purchased tickets and the Guests to whom they're assigned. If you do, great! Go ahead and make your
park reservations to reserve the parks for each day of your trip.
If you don't see your tickets listed, you may need to link them. You can
link your tickets online or through the app! To link your tickets through the app, you'd want to tap Tickets and Passes, then Link Tickets & Passes. You'll be able to either scan the barcode or enter the ID number for your tickets before assigning them to a Guest. If you run into any difficulties when following the above steps, please feel free to
call a Cast Member at (714) 781-4636! They will be happy to look at your reservation and help you with any next steps.
I hope I was able to point you in the right direction, Cheyna! If you have any other questions, please visit us again.
You've got a friend in me!
Michelle
