My husband and I have booked a trip for 9/28-10/1, as we are celebrating our anniversary! We're staying at All Star Sports. I was wanting to request a king size bed and a room closer to the lobby. How would I go about doing that? Does this cost extra?

    Hi Ashley!

Happy Anniversary! What a great place to celebrate!

There is no charge to make a room request. The easiest way to do this is to call Disney at 407-939-7675 or contact your travel agent. Ask them to note on your reservation that you'd like a king size room that is located close to the lobby. Be sure to mention this again when you arrive at the resort to check in. Of course, a request is just a request, its not a guarantee, but Disney try to make each trip magical!

If you'd like to be sure to get a room that is closer to the main building and transportation, the resort does offer a "preferred room" category. This is a separate room category and can be specifically booked. When available, these rooms cost slightly more than a standard room, so you'll have to decide if that works with your budget.

Hope your have a magical trip filled with Pixie Dust! Be sure to pick up your Anniversary buttons at the parks or resort - you never know what kind of magic might be sprinkled on your trip!
