my husband booked our trip with his account and the bands are linked to mine how do we correct

    Heigh-Ho Sarah,

This is a great question and I am happy to report one you can easily workaround by combining your accounts. However, this will require you to call (407) 939-4357 and speak to a Cast Member who can accommodate your request or provide you with an alternate solution. It can become quite a web we weave when multiple My Disney Experience accounts are made within a family but with some strategic planning and some Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust all can work out and you will be on your way to planning your magical visit. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. EST and I suggest calling as early as possible because Cast Members are experiencing a high call volume.

If we can be of any further assistance feel free to reach out, we here at planDisney love helping our Fellow Guests with their Disney planning. Check out our Instagram (@planDisneypanel) and Panel Extras for further Vacation Planning Tips and stay up to date with exciting Disney News by following the Disney Park Blog. We look forward to Welcoming You Home Real Soon and may your upcoming visit be filled with many magical and memorable moments.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
