    My husband & I booked the Poly (we stay there every year), but we may switch to BoardWalk, or Beach or Yacht Club, since we're mostly at Epcot and Hollywood Studios. We like Blizzard Beach, too; which is closer to it by bus, the Epcot resorts or the Po

    Hi there Kimberly!

    Choosing a Disney Resort hotel is always one of my family's biggest decisions when planning a Walt Disney World vacation. Having stayed at all of the Disney Deluxe Resort hotels that you are considering, I can honestly say that you can't go wrong with any of the four mentioned. That being said, you are very wise to take into consideration the parks you will be visiting, when choosing a resort location. 

    The Epcot Area Resorts are actually closer than Disney's Polynesian Village Resort to Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park. If traveling by car, I would absolutely say that you can get to Disney's Blizzard Beach quicker from an Epcot Area Resort; however, certain variables may impact your travel time when traveling by bus. When I have stayed at all four of the Disney Deluxe Resort hotels that you are considering, we have always shared bus transportation with another resort, which can impact the travel time to any destination. The independent website ourlaughingplace.com features a Transportation Wizard, which estimates the quickest travel time to Disney's Blizzard Beach to be from the Epcot Area Resorts, but the times are very comparable to that of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. If you are trying to choose a resort location based on the parks that you will be visiting, I would recommend that you base your decision off of the main theme parks rather than the water parks.
