My husband and I booked our honeymoon and I’m trying to schedule out our days with the planning tool however I’m a little lost on how I add which theme park we are going to which day? I try the add reservation but it says I don’t need one.

Hi there Alexia, Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for stopping by with your excellent question. I'm thrilled to assist you! My husband and I had a fabulous Disney Fairy Tale Wedding in 2021 that our guests still talk about, and we also enjoyed our honeymoon at Walt Disney World Resort. I'm so excited for you!

As of January 9th, 2024, Disney World no longer requires a Theme Park Pass Reservation for most guests. Anyone who buys a regular date-based ticket (either tickets only or as part of a vacation package) no longer has to reserve their park visit in advance.  A date-based ticket requires you to choose a start date when you purchase. Theme Park Reservations are still Required for the following ticket types:
    • Student group tickets
    • Sports and Convention tickets
    • Florida Resident Discover Disney Ticket
    • Disney Military Salute Ticket
    • Annual Pass
For admission types requiring theme park reservations, be sure to check reservation availability prior to purchase. Please note that theme park reservations are limited in number and subject to availability. Availability can change until the theme park reservation is finalized.

Alexia, I hope you find this information helpful. Thank you again for visiting planDisney. Wishing you and your fiancé lots of love, to infinity and beyond. We'll see ya real soon!
