    My husband and I are arriving 2 days before our friends. Am I able to reserve dining for the two of us when our window opens then reserve for 8 for the rest of the week?

    I had this exact same situation on our last Walt Disney World Resort vacation, so I am happy to help you out!

    When your booking window opens, it simply gives you the ability to make reservations for your group. It does not restrict the number of people that you can make reservations for. 

    So, you will be able to make reservations for your entire party when your window opens. I do want to tell you that making reservations for a party 8 can be pretty tricky. You may want to split reservations into two groups of 4 to get better availability.
