Smile for the camera, Debbie, and welcome to planDisney! You arrive at
Walt Disney World Resort soon, so let's strike a pose and talk about how to get the most out of Disney PhotoPass service during your visit.
I recently added
Memory Maker to my Disney Pixie Dust Pass, and I absolutely love it! The quality and lighting of the photos are top-notch, and I can be in the pictures instead of behind the camera. With unlimited digital downloads, images are easy to share on social media or with friends—it's as simple as waving a magic wand!
My husband is in the same boat since Memory Maker is linked to my pass. To ensure he can see our photos, I turned on the PhotoPass sharing feature in our shared plans. You can do this online by selecting My Family & Friends under the My Disney Experience tab and tapping the "Settings" button beside your husband's name. Click the toggle button to view Disney PhotoPass Photos so your images will show in his photo gallery.
Just to let you know, since you have the service, your MagicBand or card must be scanned by the
Disney PhotoPass photographers or at attraction photos. If your husband is in the parks without you, any images he has taken will have the watermark. The solution to that problem is to always go to the parks together!
My bonus tip is to ask the PhotoPass photographers if they have any
Magic Shots. These photos are sprinkled with pixie dust and surprise characters and props. One of my favorites was near Cinderella Castle around Valentine's Day when the Magic Shot made it look like I was puffing confetti out of my hands!
Debbie, I hope I've helped you get ready for your closeup. Please
stop by planDisney anytime and say, "Cheese!"
Magic awaits,
Elaine
