Magic Key Passes, these are typically nonrefundable and nontransferable as listed under the
Magic Key Terms & Conditions. What you’ll want to do here is have a Cast Member take a closer look at your unique situation since this was an accidental duplicate Believe Magic Key Pass purchase. I recommend reaching out to the
Guest Services line that handles Magic Key Pass Holder matters at (714) 781-7277.
When you call, it’s helpful to have the order confirmation numbers and the email address linked to the MyDisney account readily available so they can assist you more quickly. If the additional pass hasn’t yet been activated or linked for use, that’s also important information to share when you speak with them.
