Hiya, Leah, and thanks for stopping by planDisney! As a fellow Floridian and Annual Passholder, let me be among the first to welcome you to the passholder family. The
perks and benefits are magical! Although I don't have grandchildren (yet!), I know I'll want to share Disney memories with them, so let's discuss purchasing admission for your lucky grandson.
You can purchase a theme park ticket or annual pass for him online or by calling the
Annual Passholders or New Tickets line. If you're already on property, you can also buy admission in person at Guest Relations.
For any Florida resident
special offers, guests under 18 are not required to show proof of residency, but you'll provide basic information like his full name and birthday. Remember that you must show your
proof of Florida residency when you activate his pass or ticket at the theme park. Then get ready to have some adventures together!
When my son was 12, he discovered the water parks. He loved the independence we allowed him since the water parks are more contained. He and his friends could enjoy the attractions while his dad and I relaxed in the shade.
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park is currently open, so I hope you can check it out on your upcoming visit. I think you'd all enjoy a cruise down
Miss Adventure Falls!
Leah, I'm sending pixie dust, oranges, and swim goggles so your visit will be full of fun! Please
stop by planDisney anytime!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
