We (The hub's DD6 and I) are visiting WDW for the first time in March, I'm thinking for one of the 6 days we'll be there taking a mid day break and having lunch at one of the other Disney resorts we are staying at POR. Any suggestions on where to go? TY

Hi Julianna! What a great question! I would choose our lunch spot depending on which park you're spending your day.

If you'll be at the Magic Kingdom, then I would choose one of the resorts on the monorail route. This will make for a fun, quick, easy lunch. The Wave in the Contemporary Resort offers a great menu selection. Another option here would be dining with the characters at Chef Mickey's, but you would definitely need a reservation for that one! The next monorail stop is the tropical Polynesian Resort, where Kona Cafe is one of our faves. My daughter always feels like a princess at the Grand Floridian Resort, and lunch at the Grand Floridian Cafe is always a must do for us.

If you're spending the day at ether Epcot or the Hollywood Studios, then I would hop on a boat and float to the Beach Club. Burgers and shakes at the Beaches and Cream Soda Shop are the best!

If you're visiting the Animal Kingdom, then take a bus to the Animal Kingdom Lodge and walk around and enjoy the resort. Lunch at Sanaa is the perfect break in your day!

And if you're lounging at the gorgeous Port Orleans Riverside Resort, then I'd hop on the boat to Downtown Disney. There are so many awesome dining choices, but Fulton's Crab House and Wolfgang Puck Express are our faves!

Hope this helps Julianna! Write us back with any other questions!
