Ahoy, Heidi!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love that you've chosen a Disney Cruise Line vacation for your celebration. Congratulations! I recently returned from an adult-only sailing, so I'm excited to share a few fun ideas of how to enjoy the ship as your destination.
The
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or the Personal Navigator (cruise newsletter) will help you plan an absolute DREAMy day onboard. The app can be used for free when connected to the DCL-Guest Wi-Fi. You'll be able to use the favorite feature to highlight your must-do activities. On a port day, you'll find a lot to experience, including first-run movies in the
Buena Vista Theatre, trivia, and games hosted by the cruise staff, or relaxing by the Quiet Cove Pool with the drink of the day!
Senses Spa & Salon will be open if you'd like to visit for some couples pampering! I also recommend checking the day's events for The Art of the Theme Show Tour. This walking tour is for adults-only and will give you a unique look at the design of the Disney Dream. It's always one of my favorite activities to participate in when I cruise.
Heidi, I also encourage you and your husband to enjoy an exhilarating ride on the
AquaDuck, play a round of Goofy Golf, draw your favorite Disney Characters at an Animation Class, and solve the mystery of the
Midship Detective Agency! There's always something to do and experience for Guests of every age. And when you get hungry, there's plenty of food options available on a port day. I highly recommend saving room to indulge at
Vanellope's Sweets and Treats (offered for a nominal fee). The menu is full of delectable desserts, including some heavenly artisan sundaes perfect for sharing!
Thank you for sending in your question, Heidi! We hope to
hEAR from you again soon as you think of more.
Have a MAGICAL day!
Nancy
