Are there houses to rent on Disney property?

Hi, Jamie! These are exciting times for Walt Disney World Resort! There are many changes set to take place- it seems like every week there's a new announcement. 2020 will be a great time to come and check everything out! I'm glad you're thinking about staying on property. There are many benefits to staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, with location being the number one! While Disney doesn't have houses to rent, I'd love to suggest a couple options.

My recommendation would be to stay in one of The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. This is Disney's way of "roughing it in comfort." The cabins accommodate up to six Guests- there's a separate bedroom with a Queen bed and a bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchens have a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and convection microwave. Many families opt to have groceries delivered so that they can prepare meals. There are loads of recreational activities at this resort including archery classes, horseback riding, fishing, and Chip & Dale's Campfire Sing-A-Long. This resort is also home to the ever-popular Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue.

Another idea is to stay in a Deluxe Villa. There are 12 resorts to choose from, including the brand new Disney's Riviera Resort. Although these are considered Disney Vacation Club properties, non-members can stay here by booking directly through the Walt Disney World website. Depending on the size of your group, there are Villas with one, two, or three bedrooms, and all have a full-size kitchen.

Good luck planning your 2020 vacation, Jamie!
