Welcome to planDisney, Scott! Thanks for visiting the Panel with your vacation question.
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is a beautiful
Moderate Resort Hotel. My wife and I stayed at Coronado Springs one year for a getaway and really enjoyed our time at the Resort.
The Lost City of Cibola Pool and the Dig Site pool complex are amazing. Not only is the 50-foot pyramid an impressive centerpiece, the Dig Site also has the largest hot tub on Walt Disney World Resort property.
Since hours and lifeguard availability vary by pool and are subject to change, I reached out to a Cast Member about the pool hours for this month. I was told the Lost City of Cibola Pool is typically open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. I was also informed that the 3 leisure pools that are located at each settlement—the Casitas, Ranchos, and Cabanas—are open 24 hours.
Before your visit, be sure to read through the latest
updates about Resort services, amenities, dining, transportation, check-in, and more. You can find a list of current offerings and experiences available at
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort here, including recreation, dining, and shopping. The current hours of operation will be provided to you during your stay.
Please be aware that
face coverings are required at this time for all Guests, ages 2 and up. Guests are asked to bring their own face coverings and wear them at all times, except when dining or swimming. During our recent visit to Walt Disney World, our family wore our masks to the pool areas and removed them when we were ready to splash and play in the pool. During your visit, look for posted guidelines when you are heading to the pool. Cast Members will also be close by to remind Guests of policies that must be adhered to.
Scott, I hope you have a wonderful time during your visit! Please let the Panel know if we can help you with any other questions before your Walt Disney World vacation.
Have a magical day!
Bob
