I see that the hours for the meet and greet in Norway with Anna and Elsa are 9-6. I was wondering if Norway is open those hours or if only those dining at Akershus are able to see them before 11. Thank you!

Hi, Allison! The "rope" that holds Guests back from the furthest parts of World Showcase is past the Norway pavilion because so many Guests have breakfast reservations for the character meal there.  You can certainly get there and get in on the meet and greet - even if you aren't dining. In fact, this has been such a popular meet and greet that it is recommended that you get there as quickly as possible after Epcot opens.  By the official start time for the meet and greet, there is already a significant line.  I hope you get to meet these delightful new princesses! Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
