what are the hours for guest relations at disney springs

Hello there, Robin! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for reaching out with your Walt Disney World Resort vacation question!

Walt Disney World Resort is known for the outstanding guest service provided to all Guests and this, of course, extends to their Guest Relations locations! Guests Relations Cast Members are devoted to helping Guests have the best experience possible while making their vacations as hassle-free as they can be! Guests Relations locations can provide Guests with important park information, assist in booking reservations, provide foreign currency exchange, and help Guests with lost-and-found services.

You’ll be able to locate Guest Relations at all four Walt Disney World theme parks, both water parks, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, and Disney Springs. Hours for each Guest Relations location do vary and are based on the normal operating hours of the complex in which they are housed.

For example, the Guest Relations located in the Disney Springs Welcome Center will be open during the normal operating hours of Disney Springs. Currently, this means that they will be open from 10:00 am to 12:00 am. However, I would strongly recommend checking the Park Hours page prior to your stay to verify these hours.

Please let us know if we can help you with planning any other portion of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
