What are the hours for the expo during the 2018 Princess 1/2 marathon weekend? We are planning on driving down but might not get into Orlando until late Friday, and I'm signed up for the 10k Saturday morning.

    Hi Karen!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. The Disney Princess Half Marathon was my first ever runDisney race so it holds a special place in my heart!

The hours of the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo for this weekend have not been released at this time. This past year it was open until 8 PM on Thursday, 7 PM on Friday and 3 PM on Saturday, but these are subject to change with each year and between each weekend. While it is not guaranteed, with what I've seen in the past I wouldn't plan on it closing any earlier than 7 PM on Friday so I would plan on being at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex no later than 6 PM. This will give you enough time to pick up your bib and shirt, but not much time to look around, and trust me there are things you don't want to miss!

Your other option is to pick up your bib the morning of, but personally I wouldn't recommend this unless it was a last resort. If you choose to do this you'll need to make sure you are on the very first bus to the race start since you'll need the extra time to find the location where they are handing these out. They will have limited resources at the start so certainly don't forget to bring your waiver with you. They will not have your shirt at this time so you'll need to go back to the Expo after you finish running to pick it up.

Please let me know if you have any other questions before your royal weekend at the Disney Princess Half Marathon!
