What hotels can I stay at and book the Lightning Lane passes?

    Hi Kathryn,

Welcome to planDisney! There are so many fabulous benefits available to guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel. One of the great new ones is the ability to book Lightning Lane passes earlier than guests who choose to stay off-property. The ability to purchase your passes up to 7 days in advance of your stay gives you first priority for the most in-demand rides and lets you plan your optimal Disney World vacation.

Don't forget that you will need to already have valid theme park admission and your tickets should be loaded into your My Disney Experience account before you purchase Lightning Lanes. Making sure this is set up ahead of time will help ensure you don't have issues when you go to book. When the first day of your booking window opens, you will be able to purchase Lightning Lanes for the length of your Resort stay.

This early planning benefit is available to registered Guests staying at the following Resorts.

Before you book your Lighting Lane passes, I would make sure you have all of your advanced dining reservations ironed out and have an idea of when you will be in the theme parks for the day. I like to start all of my Lightning Lanes at least one hour after I plan to arrive at the theme parks and at least 1.5 hours before or after a dining reservation. This ensures I am not rushing and feeling stressed that I might miss a ride I was super excited about and paid for!

    Happy Planning,
    Jenna
