Do any of the hotels have lactose free milk available? Even for sale in the shop? Lactose free milk would be really helpful to have on site. Thanks!!!

    Hi Jill!

I'm lactose intolerant and I've sought out the lactose-free milks throughout Walt Disney World's (WDW) parks and resorts, so I can give you a few tips.

WDW is the most accommodating place I've ever been when it comes to food allergies. You can purchase lactose free soy milk (Silk) at all of the Walt Disney World resorts. I've also seen many restaurants throughout the parks and restaurants carry Silk Soy Milk as well. You may email Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com prior to your vacation to notify Disney of the food allergy and you can inquire about all of the locations throughout WDW with lactose free milk.

When you make your Advanced Dining Reservation online make sure you notate the dairy allergy in  your reservation.

Check out the Special Diets page on the Disney site for more information.

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
