What hotel to stay at for Disney Dream cruise out of Fort Lauderdale? Hotels near airport too

    Hi there, Shari,

Thanks for visiting planDisney with your question! You will enjoy sailing out of Disney Cruise Line's Port Everglades terminal in Fort Lauderdale. It is super convenient to several hotels and the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.

Disney Cruise Line recommends pre- and post-cruise stays at three Fort Lauderdale area hotels:
    • Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa, which is 5 miles from both the cruise terminal and the airport. This hotel features beach access.
    • Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina, which is 5 miles from the airport and a quick 1/2 mile from the cruise terminal. You can hop on a complimentary shuttle for a 10-minute ride to the beach.
    • B Ocean Resort, which is 6 miles from the airport and just over 3 miles from the cruise terminal. You can relax on their private beach before you sail away.
I have stayed at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina and enjoyed my stay there. The setting is beautiful and I loved taking the water taxi to Las Olas Boulevard for dinner.

You can book your stay directly with the hotel or if you would like to learn more about these hotels, have Disney Cruise Line book your stay, or book Disney Ground Transportation from the hotel to the port, you can call one of the Reservation Specialists at Disney Cruise Line. They are always happy to assist!

I hope your vacation plans come together and you sail away soon. Let us know if you have other questions as you plan, Shari!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Shannon
