I have hotel reservations at Port Orleans for Sept 27 -Oct 3. Just told hotel will not be open. Will Disney relocate me?

    Hi there, Julie!

Thank you for your question. It’s always so good to see you at planDisney!

You must be thrilled to have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation coming up soon! Julie, one of my favorite things about a magical vacation is staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel. There are so many unique properties that come with incredible amenities. The best feeling is that even when you leave the Theme Parks, you’re never leaving the magic because your Resort hotel is full of enchantment and fun!

Julie, it does look like your Resort hotel has a delayed opening. I spoke with a wonderful Cast Member for you and was told if your Disney hotel is unavailable during your travel dates, a Cast Member will reach out to give you the option to move to another available Resort hotel. You can also give Disney Resort Hotel Reservations a call if you would like more details on modifying your reservation. Rest assured, your reservation will be taken care of and you’re sure to have an amazing return to the magic

I hope you’re all set with your Disney Park Pass reservations, along with dining reservations!

Here’s to a vacation full of magical memories and all the Mickey Mouse-shaped treats, Julie!
