Jesse,
To quote Jesse from Toy Story,
“Yee-haw!” It is always great to have you ask your question to planDisney!
If you have already purchased your theme park tickets, you are almost ready to enter the parks! But I think what you might be missing is getting your Theme Park Reservations using the
Disney Park Pass system. This is not something else you pay for, bus simply your way of securing entry to your first park of each day.
What you need to do is pick that first park of the day for each of your theme park days. Since you have a park hopper, you can hop to another park after 2 pm, if that park has available space. You cannot pick a second park for a given day, just that first park, but that first park reservation is required. So I would recommend you go to the Park Pass system and pick your parks now. Just go to that Park Pass system page, and you will be on your way!
BONUS TIP #1While you are not guaranteed to be able to get into any given park when you are hopping, since the second park has to have available space, I have never had a problem getting in to a second park on my travels. If you were trying to get into the Magic Kingdom on a super busy day, like Christmas Day, you likely would have a problem, but most days you should be fine.
BONUS TIP #2
Before you plan your parks out, it is a great idea to check the
Disney Park Pass Availability Calendar. It shows what parks are, or are not, available for each of your vacation dates.
BONUS TIP #3When getting ready to park hop, just call
(407) 560-5000. That is the
Park Hopping Hotline (or at least that is what I call it!), and it will tell you the status of all the parks, and if the park you want to hop to has space.
