I have had hotel reservations at All-Star Movies since Mid-April for 3 rooms Oct 31 - Nov 4. But I do not see All-Star Hotels with announced re-opening dates. Will my hotel reservation be honored? I have booked 7 passengers on airplanes based reservation

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Mark!

I am so excited that you and your crew are gEARing up for your magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! One of my very favorite things to do during my trip is explore the Walt Disney World Resort hotel I am staying at! With each Disney hotel themed to perfection, my family makes sure we spend at least a day to see what the hotel grounds have to offer!

With Disney implementing safety measures, they have decided to open certain Resort hotels sooner than others. Although Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort is not set to open just yet, Disney will continue to evaluate the situation and reopen more locations when the time is right. Rest assured, according to the Update on Disney Resort Hotels Reopening page, “We continue to assist Guests with current hotel reservations for 2020, modifying travel plans as needed.” Mark, I truly believe in the magic of Disney and Cast Members’ commitment to making Disney magic happen! If somehow your Resort hotel is not available during your travel dates, Cast Members will reach out to help modify your reservation, and make sure you and your crew will be taken care of!

I hope you have the most enchanting stay at The Most Magical Place on Earth, Mark!
