I have a hotel reservation but i cannot confirm park reservations

Welcome to planDisney, Nicole! I'm so glad you found us. Your visit to Disneyland Resort is coming up in just a couple of weeks, so I bet you're in countdown mode. I usually start packing at the two-week mark. Just seeing my fun Disney outfits always lifts my spirits! Let's see if we can confirm your Theme Park Reservations to ensure you experience ALL the magic.

I'm happy to hear your hotel reservations are confirmed and visible in your My Disneyland account. If you're staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, remember to take advantage of Early Theme Park Entry which allows you to enter the theme parks 30 minutes before the general public. You'll be able to do so much in that time because the crowds are typically much lighter. I always go straight for attractions that will have long stand-by queues later in the day, such as Space Mountain or Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: BREAKOUT!

Now, let's find those Theme Park Reservations. On the Disneyland Mobile App, tap the Tickets and Passes tile. If your Theme Park Tickets are already linked, they will appear here. If not, tap Link Tickets & Passes and follow the prompts to link your tickets.

Once your tickets are visible in the app, tap the Future Plans tile. This will bring up your plans, including any Theme Park Reservations you've made. If you still don't see any reservations, click the plus sign at the bottom of your screen. Next, tap Make a Park Reservation and follow the prompts. If you still need help, call the Tickets line, and I'm sure a friendly Cast Member will be able to troubleshoot with you.

I hope your upcoming visit is practically perfect, Nicole! Please feel free to stop by planDisney if you have any other questions.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
