Welcome to planDisney, Rebecca! I'm glad you stopped by with this great question. I love staying at the Family Suites at
Disney's Art of Animation Resort, but I've also enjoyed the theming in the Little Mermaid Standard Rooms. No matter your
room type, you'll have a fabulous time on your
Walt Disney World Resort visit next week, so let's see what we can discover about your reservation details.
The "Room Only" phrase on your reservation refers to your Disney Resort Hotel as a separate reservation not tied to any
Theme Park Tickets. In other words, you didn't book your trip as a
Vacation Package. However, if you'd like to double-check that you have Theme Park Tickets, you can click the Tickets and Passes tile in your
My Disney Experience Mobile App to see any tickets you've purchased.
Regarding the "4018," I spoke to a Friendly Cast Member who said that's probably a booking code tied to the reservation, especially if you received any discounts. I see you're a Florida Resident, so if you booked the resort as a resident, that's probably what the code refers to. And please remember to bring along
Proof of Residency when you check in to get that discount.
I recently stayed at
Disney's Pop Century Resort, and my husband and I loved the
walking trail around Hourglass Lake. It encircles the lake and goes through Art of Animation, as well. It's a little under 1.5 miles and a fun way to see the resorts. And it offers a great view of the
Disney Skyliner, my favorite mode of transportation around the parks. You're going to have a magical time!
Thanks again, Rebecca, and please feel free to
stop by planDisney anytime! We love to help guests plan practically perfect visits.
Magic awaits,
Elaine
