    Where is my hotel reservation

    Hi Melissa,

It is great to see you at planDisney! Thanks for bringing your question to us. How exciting that you will be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth! There is nothing quite like the feeling of having a Walt Disney World Resort vacation on the books! Let’s see if we can help you locate your Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation.

If you do not see your existing Resort hotel reservation on the My Reservations page in My Disney Experience, and it has been more than 24 hours since you made your reservation, there are a few simple steps to follow in order to link your reservation to your account using the confirmation number you received when you made the reservation. If you made your reservation online, your confirmation number appeared on the online confirmation page and also in your confirmation email. If you made your reservation over the phone, the Cast Member who booked your stay should have provided you with the number and you should have received either an email or a letter in the mail with the confirmation number. If you booked through a travel agency, you will need to contact the agency for your confirmation number.

Now, let’s get that confirmation number linked to your account! First, make sure that you have created a My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World website or in the My Disney Experience mobile app.

On the website, once you have created your account, you can link your reservation by opening My Disney Experience. You select My Plans, then select Resort Hotel. Finally, select Link a Reservation. You can then enter the confirmation number and the last name on the reservation. That’s all there is to it!

Melissa, please note that if you booked through a travel agency, you will need to link your reservation to My Disney Experience on the Walt Disney World website and select the Through a Travel Professional option from the dropdown menu.

On the My Disney Experience mobile app, open the main menu by selecting the three “stacked” lines on the bottom right of the home screen, and then select Future Plans. Scroll to the bottom and you will see the prompt, Missing a reservation?, then select Link to Account, select Type ID and then under Resort Reservation, enter the confirmation number and last name on the reservation. Finally, select Link Resort. Then you should be good to go!

Melissa, I know from experience that there are lots of details that go into creating magical Walt Disney World Resort vacations, so please don’t hesitate to write back if you have any more questions.

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Shannon
